Imagine a future where you’re delivering professional administrative support for our Chief Generation Officer (CGO)

Join us in this role where you’ll support our CGO who’s a member of the Ørsted Group Executive team with numerous interactions with senior decision makers in Orsted, Renewables Industry and government stakeholders. You’ll enable the CGO to work efficiently, effectively, and add significant value while working in an international environment and gaining a big internal network. You’ll build a strong relationship with the CGO and manage a broad range of responsibilities. You will be a trusted advisor and be adept at managing confidentiality.
Welcome to Generation
You’ll be part of Generation and as an Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with our CGO where you, together with your colleagues, will work closely with the Generation Leadership team, and other EA/PAs across the organisation, in particular with personal/executive assistants for the Group Executive team.

You’ll play an important role in:
- Independently handling calendar management and meeting prioritization for the Generation team, including supporting preparation of leadership meeting materials
- Monitoring and managing the inbox of the Generation team, collaborating with key stakeholders across Ørsted
- Preparing meetings for the Generation Leadership team, ensuring relevant pre-reads, decision/action summaries, and overseeing practicalities
- Ensuring long-term planning by building deep relationships and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Performing various administrative tasks, such as expense management, purchasing orders, handling invoices, and booking travels.
To succeed in the role, you:
- Have good proficiency in Ørsted administration systems/processes or be a quick learner
- Have experience as a personal or executive assistant with senior management
- Are an independent worker with a structured approach, thriving in a dynamic environment, and possess strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Have strong communication skills, including fluency in written and spoken English
- Are able to manage confidential information while demonstrating a high level of integrity and discretion
- Value in-person collaboration and maintain regular office presence, whilst also embracing flexibility to occasionally work from home.
