Join us in this exciting opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience by assisting with onsite support tasks, managing IT equipment, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality service across the organization.
Welcome to Service & Support
You’ll be part of the Digital Device Support team where you, together with your colleagues, will manage various IT support tasks essential to our operations. As a team, we prioritise collaboration and a supportive work environment to deliver exceptional service.
You’ll play an important role in:
handling our return process for leavers’ equipment, data handling and follow-ups
managing support tickets, distribution of end-user equipment and leaver tickets, and ensuring timely resolutions
performing onsite support tasks and floor walks
communicating with managers to ensure equipment accountability
supporting with additional administrative tasks as needed.
To succeed in the role, you:
are currently enrolled in a relevant study programme
possess strong organisational skills and pay attention to detail
have excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
have a basic understanding of IT equipment and support processes, or equivalent experience
are proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team
are eager to learn and willing to take on new challenges.
