You’ll be part of Architecture & Technolog where you, together with your colleagues, will be part of a community consisting of 150+ architects and technology specialists working with digitalization and technology within different domains. The community ensures great cohesion for technology management and a platform for high-quality knowledge sharing.

Our matrix organization secures a strong focus on both the deliveries of business value, as well as the architectural principles. In your daily work you’ll play an active role in providing management.

You’ll play an important role in:

·       supporting the management team in driving initiatives across the architecture and technology area, to steer and guide the company direction. You will do this through collecting and analyzing macro-level data and performing stellar business analyses.

·       preparing, creating, and editing polished and detailed reports and strategic presentations

·       engaging in market scouting, participating in/preparing Proofs of Concepts (PoCs), data collection and interviews, roadmap development, and generating comprehensive overviews

·       assisting in the preparation of newsletters, department events, hackathons, debate clubs, presentations, and organizing external presenters

·       providing comprehensive support for strategy development, including data analysis, market research, and the preparation of strategic documents and presentations

·       performing additional tasks related to coordinating and advancing the architecture area.

To succeed in the role, you:

·       possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset

·       demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior management stakeholders

·       are skilled at creating professional presentations in PowerPoint, presenting complex issues concisely to support effective decision-making

·       have solid business acumen and a deep understanding of data analysis and presentations to support effective decision-making by the management team

·       are ambitious, perseverant, responsible, proactive, and well organized

·       are success-driven and show interest in digital transformation initiatives and are interested in developing in the intersection between business and digital technologies.
