Operations and technicians

Join us in this role where you’ll be working together with the global business and engaging across the regional APAC organisation to secure strong alignment with key stakeholders on areas such as commercial optimisation, performance management of assets, and strategic projects such as major repair and component exchanges, market entry analysis and development. Your key internal stakeholders are primarily EU based central functions, APAC operations, APAC asset management and APAC market and project development.

You’ll be part of APAC Operations Projects and Performance where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible leading and delivering on our key strategic initiatives via strong project and program management focusing on delivery of business case performance, mid to long term evolvement and positioning of operations business in the region through industry leading O&M services and setup, as well as support  of our market and project development with focus on operator models.

As a team, we work together in a collaborative, diverse, and dynamic work environment. We help pave and manage the roadmap to becoming the top quartile owner and operator in APAC.

You’ll play an important role in:

• Drive key strategic projects via strong project management
• Lead performance management initiatives across APAC Operations for business case compliance
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders across global and regional businesses to ensure efficient initiation and execution of projects and programmes
• Deliver high quality decision materials to senior management to support business case validation.

To succeed in the role, you:

• are pragmatic, sociable and enjoy building working relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
• have experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, to achieve a common goal
• holds strong project management experience and skills, incl. resource and cost management, planning, scheduling, and reporting with a self-driven, independent, and structured approach to your work
• demonstrate capabilities and curiosity to explore innovative operational, commercial and technical aspects to increase performance and business value
• understand commercial key drivers related to revenue, production and cost for offshore wind operations
• has qualified educational background and degree with relevant project management and commercial disciplines, or management consulting.
