Lead Financial Controller

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Group Controlling, entity controllers, and auditors, ensuring accurate reporting and driving process improvements. Welcome to Group Controlling & Reporting
You’ll be part of our Group Controlling team, delivering compliant, high-quality, and timely financial reporting to Group Finance. You’ll also work closely with auditors to ensure documentation is delivered according to plan. We’re a department of 15 professionals across four global offices, united by collaboration and a passion for excellence.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for your Business Unit, including controlling consolidated Group numbers for internal stakeholders
  • performing technical accounting controlling, primarily under IFRS
  • leading Business Unit audits and maintaining close dialogue with external auditors
  • driving continuous improvements to ensure efficient and compliant processes
  • implementing standard processes and strengthening the Controlling Framework
  • acting as a trusted collaborator for internal and external stakeholders.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a master’s degree or equivalent in auditing
  • have solid experience in auditing and financial controlling in an international setting
  • have deep knowledge of IFRS and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • have a proactive mindset, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative spirit
  • are independent, responsible, and results oriented
  • possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
