Management & Communication Consultant

Join us in this role where you’ll drive internal communication projects independently, and oversee everything from change communication in connection with new tech-solutions, to knowledge sharing and dialogue by facilitating workshops, and leadership counselling as part of your daily tasks. You’ll play an important role in sharing knowledge about the green energy solutions of the future, as you and your team will welcome both Danish and international guests and stakeholders on our power stations.
Welcome to Asset Operation Management Office
You’ll be part of a small team of three communication professionals where you, together with your colleagues, will lead internal communication in Asset Operations in close cooperation with management and our organisation’s internal communication team. In our team, we drive a portfolio of diverse internal communication projects and work from a strategic to an executing level in close collaboration with colleagues across the entire organisation. As a team, we prioritize collaboration, community and well-being, we strive to build and develop your talent, as it is the key to success in our department.
You’ll play an important role in:
- communicating the strategy and visions of the organisation to your colleagues on the power stations
- supporting and advising management both in terms of strategy and through a personal assistant function
- driving different internal communication projects, e.g., in security, digitalisation, or change management
- facilitating inspiring presentations and tours for stakeholders on our power stations where you’ll share the green energy solutions of the future
- investigating new initiatives within AI which can improve projects and communication processes
- maintaining and developing internal communication formats and creating content such as articles, live interviews, and videos.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have graduated with a master’s degree in cand.comm, cand.linc.merc, or similar, or hold experience from a similar position
- are not afraid of making decisions and prioritising
- have experience with facilitating presentations to different target groups
- speak and write Danish and English fluently.
