Welcome to Architecture & Technology
You’ll be part of the Enterprise Architecture team where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for realising digital transformation, managing our technology portfolios to reduce risk and capture digital opportunities, and overseeing the architectural direction. We’re engaged in strategy work and high priority initiatives. We’re passionate about how technology transforms business and drives competitiveness, and eager to contribute to Ørsted’s digital ambitions. As a team, we work across the entire enterprise and like to engage in discussions to understand different perspectives and possibilities; we have a positive outlook on life, and a good sense of humour.

You’ll play an important role in:

• managing our technology portfolios, orchestrating relevant analyses and ensuring we deliver strategic outlooks and roadmaps for prioritized digital domains
• overseeing the health of our technology landscape; using our frameworks, you will analyse how well our IT landscape fits business objectives and identify gaps and opportunities
• building and conveying strategies, decisions, and architecture principles to guide our agile organization in their tasks and priorities
• facilitating workshops with key stakeholders to develop common ground and speed up decision-making.

To succeed in the role, you:

• have extensive experience with critical thinking and strategic decision making as a seasoned enterprise architect or management consultant
• are used to navigating stakeholders, overseeing progress and orchestrating complex activities across business and IT
• have developed target architectures and onboarded new technologies based on business drivers, technical capability views, and strategic architecture principles
• have optimised bigger enterprise platforms and business processes as part of digital transformation programs, and are well anchored within the data domain, cloud technologies and business analysis
• feel energised when setting direction for both internal and external stakeholders, and work as an outspoken and engaging team player.
