The Ørsted Global Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential. The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll work with our core financial processes supporting in building the best-in-class financial services, dealing with revenue services, accounting, risk management, tax, and business finance.  As a team, we’re curious and ready to learn every day. We cooperate based on empowerment and trust.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • contributing to and optimising financial and reporting processes
  • performing analyses of financial transactions and operational data
  • handling financial controlling and business controlling
  • managing master data and introducing process automation
  • participating in and managing cross-functional projects and processes.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • have completed a master's degree in finance or a related field by 1 September 2025
  • have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
  • have outstanding analytical skills, are a fast learner and are capable of handling complex cases
  • have a strong personal drive
  • have a systematic approach and take ownership of your tasks
  • have strong communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
