Assistant Project Manager

Imagine a future where you execute onshore projects by implementation of the project execution plan, incl. budget and schedule planning

Join us in this role where you’ll support the project manager during the execution phase of the project and ensure internal and external stakeholder deliverables are met. You will support the project team by administering and understanding the major project contracts and other key project agreements by ensuring key deliverables are met and achieved.

You’ll be part of Construction where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for the successful completion of assigned onshore projects. You will support the project managers and be an integral part of working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • understanding and generating the overall project schedule
  • managing and tracking project submittals
  • managing and tracking project job books and other deliverables
  • generating project reports and meeting minutes, as required
  • conducting internal and external project meetings.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have 1-2 years of experience in renewable energy sector or related field
  • hold a degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
  • demonstrate strong communication skills
  • are proficient in Microsoft programs
  • possess strong organizational skills.
