Marketing, branding and communications

Join us in this role where you’ll manage internal communications for our Polish organisation, ensuring effective information dissemination and employee engagement. You’ll also organise events, and write articles for newsletters and the intranet, contributing to the continuous improvement of our communication channels.

Welcome to Ørsted Polska
You’ll be part of the Ørsted Polska team where you will take on the strategic role of managing internal communications in Poland. The role primarily focuses on developing and executing internal communications strategies and plans: utilizing best practices across print, broadcast, and online media to enhance our communications efforts.

You’ll play an important role in:

• creating and executing an internal communications strategy for the Polish market (+800 employees), ensuring smooth operations of internal communications channels
• positioning our track records, milestones, and activities within areas such as construction, operations, sustainability, innovation, digital strategy across our Polish organisation

• working with subject matter experts from across the organisation to coordinate the production of written and multimedia assets

• developing and implementing communication and activation plans within specific content pillars and for specific projects

• supporting external communication regarding offshore wind projects in Poland (content development and social media).

To succeed in the role, you:

• hold a relevant master’s degree in marketing, communication, or journalism or similar

• have some professional experience with internal communication in large organisations

• demonstrate business acumen and strategic understanding

• have excellent English skills, enabling you to communicate smoothly and efficiently across our global organisation

• demonstrate team spirit an ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders

• possess an ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
