Student Assistant for Innovation

Join us in this role where you’ll influence decisions and handle tasks on your own and in collaboration with the team, thereby contributing your knowledge and expertise. You’ll assist our portfolio team and business development teams, incl. delivering various practical and administrative tasks. Working hours are flexible and typically range from 15 to 20 hours a week, with the possibility of less or more. We offer a flexible workplace, and it is possible to work in a hybrid setup.

Welcome to Innovation
You’ll be part of the Innovation Portfolio Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will play a crucial role in supporting our teams across a wide range of tasks. These include portfolio and project management, business development, and utilising tools and systems essential to innovation and renewable energy initiatives. Our dynamic team oversees a diverse portfolio of innovation projects, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll actively contribute to our shared growth and success.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • assisting in the administration, coordination, and management of the project portfolio, contributing to the effective execution of work
  • acting as a dynamic resource, helping our teams to maintain efficiency and quality in daily operations
  • supporting innovation teams with project execution, providing hands-on help to ensure project goals are met
  • managing and updating internal platforms and designing new platforms as needed to meet team requirements
  • developing written and graphic materials to support various projects and initiatives
  • coordinating and planning workshops, supporting communication strategies while meticulously managing all logistical aspects.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • are currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or with a minimum of two years remaining until university graduation
  • demonstrate ambition, a strong desire for learning, and embrace a growth mindset that empowers you to venture beyond your comfort zone, tackling intricate tasks with determination
  • possess advanced analytical capabilities, coupled with mastery of abstract thinking and problem-solving skills
  • excel in environments with well-defined parameters, offering valuable input and assuming accountability
  • effectively collaborate with specialists from diverse functional areas
  • exhibit excellent communication proficiency, both spoken and written, in fluent English.
